The Schoeps SuperCMIT is a high-end digital shotgun microphone for film, broadcast, and demanding location sound applications. Combining the legendary CMIT 5 capsule with advanced SuperCardioid+ DSP processing, the SuperCMIT achieves dramatically improved off-axis rejection while preserving the natural on-axis sound Schoeps is known for.
Two outputs run in parallel — a conventional analog channel (Channel 1) and a DSP-enhanced super-directional channel (Channel 2) — giving you the safety of a standard recording plus the focus of an enhanced one.
