Schoeps MK 4

The Schoeps MK 4 is a cardioid microphone capsule from the Colette modular series. It's been a reference microphone for years across a wide variety of recording situations.

Thanks to its transparent sound character and excellent attenuation of rear-incident sound, it reproduces speech and music with great naturalness — making it equally at home on instruments, vocals, and broadcast applications.

Pairs with any Colette series preamp such as the CMC 1 U, CMC 6 U, or CMD 42.
