Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, under Articles 102–108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).
To withdraw, notify us at info@locationsoundeurope.com with your order number before the 14-day period ends. It is enough that you send the notice within the period.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, we refund the standard cost only. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of dispatch.
Return costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition of returned goods
You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
Products excluded from withdrawal
The following are not eligible for withdrawal, in accordance with Art. 103 TRLGDCU:
- Sealed products unsealed after delivery which are unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds. This includes body-worn items such as straps, belts and harnesses worn in contact with the skin. Once unsealed these are treated as intimate apparel and all sales are final.
- Items made to order or manufactured to your specifications, including custom cable assemblies and made-to-order accessories.
Expendables and consumables
Expendables (tape, adhesives, covers, batteries, mounts and similar) may be withdrawn by consumers within the statutory period only if unopened and unused, in their original sealed packaging. Once opened or used they cannot be returned.
Professional and business purchases
Where you purchase as a company, professional or self-employed person acting within your trade, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply and the following terms govern returns:
- Expendables, consumables and body-worn items are non-returnable.
- Special-order and made-to-order products are non-returnable.
- Any other return accepted at our discretion must be authorised by us in advance, must be unused and in original packaging, and is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Goodwill returns outside the statutory period
Returns requested by consumers after the 14-day withdrawal period may be accepted at our discretion, subject to prior authorisation, original condition and packaging, and a 25% restocking fee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Legal guarantee
Separately from withdrawal, goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish law. Contact us if a product is faulty or does not match its description.
