Dispatch
All orders are dispatched from our premises in Madrid, Spain.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your order. All available shipping options and their costs are shown to you before you complete payment.
Free shipping
Free shipping is available on orders above a minimum value in selected destinations. Where it applies, the free option appears automatically at checkout.
Collection from our store
Collection from our Madrid premises is free. Select the store pick-up option at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready. Address and opening hours are on our Contact page.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance and public holidays.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla fall outside the EU VAT and customs union. Shipments to these destinations are treated as exports: Spanish IVA is not charged, but local import duties, taxes and customs handling fees may apply on arrival and are payable by the recipient. Delivery times are longer than for mainland Spain.
International orders
For destinations outside the European Union, any import duties, taxes and customs handling charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the amount charged at checkout. Please check the rules that apply in your country before ordering.
Rental equipment
Rental equipment is normally collected from and returned to our Madrid premises. If you need rental gear shipped to you, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange it.
