A THEOS bodypack that powers your shotgun mic with 48 V phantom.
The DLTX is the THEOS digital wireless transmitter with a 3-pin LEMO input and 48 V phantom power. Put it on the boom, hide it as a plant mic transmitter, run a lav off it, or use it as a timecode-synced backup recorder. Small, light and built in a CNC-milled aluminum chassis.
Phantom power in a bodypack
The 3-pin LEMO input takes balanced mics and supplies 48 V phantom, or 5 V bias for lavaliers. An analog limiter on a separate signal path tames peaks on the transmitted signal without touching your 32-bit float recordings.
Built-in recorder
Record 24-bit or 32-bit float straight to microSD (up to 512 GB). Low self-noise (EIN of -130 dBu, A-weighted) means the backup is clean enough to use. Simultaneous record and transmit is supported, except when used as a lav bodypack in the US.
Global OneBand and clean RF
Ultra-wideband digital UHF from 550 to 960 MHz, with frequency ranges set by GPS or firmware so one kit can travel internationally. Digital modulation means no intermod, so you can pack channels in tight (700 kHz spacing suggested).
Timecode and control
Sync timecode wirelessly from a Deity TC-1, or jam it from a third-party generator through the 3-pin input. Control and monitor everything from the Sidus Audio app, with a full-color LCD on the unit.
Power
Up to 14 hours on 2x AA batteries (10 mW, Bluetooth off, Deity lithium 3000 mAh cells), or run it from external USB-C power.
