The Betso RF OCTOPUS RF Splitter, Combiner and Diagnostic Tool is the smallest and world's most versatile RF tool ever made for your sound cart or bag's wireless setup. This ingenious device supports multiple RF configurations.
Betso Octopus Modes:
- RF splitter 2:8 (diversity: 1 input → 4 outputs),
- RF splitter 1:8 (1 input → 8 outputs), and
- RF combiner-splitter 2:8 (combining two BNC RF inputs and splitting the RF signal into 8 outputs).
With user-selectable low-pass filters (700 MHz, 960 MHz, or 1260 MHz) directly accessible via the intuitive menu, the BETSO RF OCTOPUS is perfectly suited for use on projects the world over.
OLED Display: Effortless Operation Anywhere
The Betso Octopus features a sunlight-readable OLED display, paired with two bright white LEDs, which ensures effortless operation in any environment. Additionally, each channel features individually switchable power for active antennas, complete with overload protection and failure signalization.
The OCTOPUS also includes a removable belt clip that can be mounted on either the top or bottom of the chassis for clipping to either side of your sound bag. Firmware updates and new features are easily accessible through the USB-C connector, which is securely sealed against dust and water.
Built-in Cable Testing for Reliable RF Performance
With its integrated cable attenuation measurement tool, the Betso OCTOPUS simplifies cable diagnostics. Connect your RF cable between two BNC connectors, select your frequency (500–900 MHz), and instantly measure the cable’s attenuation and condition. This ensures your cables perform at their best and minimizes system interruptions.
In addition, the RF OCTOPUS can measure the output RF power of your wireless transmitter, providing a quick and reliable check to ensure your RF power output is within the expected range. Another powerful feature for a comprehensive wireless system checkup!
