Dual-channel wideband stereo IEM/IFB transmitter in a single rack unit. 330 MHz tuning window, 2400 user-defined frequencies in 40 groups of 60, and output power switchable up to 2 W.
Direct Digital Synthesis generates the RF carrier for very low spurious emissions and better than 70 dB stereo separation. Each carrier can be set independently to stereo, mono, intercom or Multi-IFB modulation, with 40-bit floating point DSP audio processing and multi-companding. Analogue input on combo XLR / jack, digital input on AES3.
The 3-channel IFB mode carries three audio channels in a single 200 kHz RF carrier, which allows up to 60 IFB channels inside one 8 MHz TV channel. Requires activation. On the receiver side it works with the MPR60 from firmware v1.3.0 onwards.
The output stage uses wideband intermodulation phase cancellation to keep it clean in dense RF. SWR sensing on the antenna outputs, and RF auxiliary outputs for isofrequency transmission fitted as standard. Redundant power supply on 230/110 Vac and 12 VDC, with the 10-28 VDC input available as an option.
Pairs with the MPR60 and MPR50-IEM bodypack receivers for a complete IEM system.
