Orca OR-445 — Sound Bag Harness with Patented Spinal Support System
The OR-445 takes the weight of a loaded sound bag off your shoulders and moves it onto an aluminium spine that runs down your back and transfers the load to your hips. Pneumatic springs let you set the height on the spot, so the bag sits where you want it whether you are standing on a mark or walking a long tracking shot. It is the harness Orca built to replace the OR-444, and it carries the same 3S architecture.
The modularity is the practical part. Waist belt and top vest work on their own, together, or with the full spinal system fitted — so the same harness covers a light MixPre day and a fully loaded Scorpio bag. Roller buckles let you cinch the belt onto your hips one-handed, and the back pockets carry a USB port with a charging cable already run through.
