The Schoeps KMIT is a compact shotgun capsule for the Colette modular series. It pairs with any Colette preamp (CMC 1 U, CMC 1 L, CMC 6 U, CMD 42, etc.) to build a highly directional shotgun mic in a smaller, lighter package than a fixed-body shotgun.
Particularly well suited to booming, ENG, and tight broadcast setups where size matters but you still need the focus of a shotgun pattern.
